Seven years ago my water broke and I knew I was on a one way path to becoming a mom for the first time … a walk down memory lane! Now I am a mother of three children but somehow in a small way the first born really makes you a mom.
I will be MIA for a bit - we’re moving again. It seemed like we just moved to Southerntier NY, but now we’re relocating to Central NY now. My dad found us a four bedroom apartment. It will be strange moving from a house back into an apartment, I have to admit I have for sure gotten adjusted to living in a house. But, eitherway I’m grateful. I will be next to my family again and that’s what matters most to me. Not to mention I will finally be able to meet Kiki.

We took a long drive to my parents about 4.5 hours north on Friday. We just got back about two hours ago. My parent’s new house is gorgeous and my dad built a really nice patio on off the back of the house. My mom loves her house which is all that matters. It was really nice to see them. It was the first time since they moved two months ago.
It’s amazing how much clutter you can find when you go through an entire house. I found maternity clothes from Conner and Cadey’s pregnancy. Mind you - I was pregnant over a year ago. I suppose I was just too distracted to actually toss them. I also found computer games still in the store wrap, CDs that have never been opened, at least 4 medium size boxes filled with books including college books from my very first semestar. Amazing! Not to mention I still have a massive garbage bag filled with newborn boy clothing. Useless to me now I donated it to the local Catholic Charity. Some of the clothing still had tags on it.
I still haven’t had my desktop computer repaired. Thankfully right before it died I decided against upgrading the computer memory. I think it may the power pack again. I just had it replaced last year and it burned out again. Not good. I had it custom built over 3 years ago so it maybe it a bit out of date, but o well. I put it up for sale on the Craigslist. I have my handy dandy laptop that has plenty of computer memory and all sorts of fun things going on. So I’m not stressed about it.
I noticed my blog posts have not been personal lately, I’m sorry. For the past few months I was so caught up in college, I basically abandoned all other things including fun time to concentrate on high scores and a solid GPA. I have to admit it paid off. I passed this last semester with a 3.5 GPA and I was and am so very proud of myself as concieted as that may sound.
I have added some new photos of the kids into the photo gallery. Cadey’s hair is getting long enough to put it up in a barrette which of course I did purely for my amusement and nothing else. I suspect she will be walking soon. She is doing great as far as standing up strong and tip toeing from one couch to the other. I have noticed that all my kids always tip toed from point A to point B right before they learned how to waddle around. haha.
Redecorating
Recently I talked about new things for the house that I would love to aim for … such as Outdoor Furniture and new Kitchen things. Not that I’m a material type person, but I have noticed lately I have been fascinated with anitque type items. So off I wander into Salvos and antique shops looking for a new fun thing or two to start a collection with no such luck. Maybe a wish list will suffice for now but I can’t help but share some of the beautiful items I have come across lately.
